You can assign your number to an Entity to identify which business unit, customer, etc. this number belongs to. The Entity you assign to your number to must already exist in Number Sentry. You can add or edit Entities from the Manage Entity page. Up to 6 Entities can be added to a number

DID Usage describes how to assign your DIDs when there are more than one DIDs that could be used for a call. The options include:
DID Favoring: Specify which of your DIDs are used more frequently or less often.
Randomize DIDs: Eligible DIDs for that call are assigned randomly.
LocalPOP My DIDs: Use LocalPOP based DID selection

When using LocalPOP DID usage, you can set the Band Size for the called number. Your DIDs less than this distance from the called number are members of the Band and are considered available for assignment.

Use the Toll-Free Distance Substitution to specify how far from the called number to stop using LocalPOP assignments and only use Toll-Free numbers (if available).
